i've been reviewing a lot of modules.
recently i found module_page and as i've knew already other module page enhancers, i've added it to a peculiar discussion about merging some of those modules here:

the current discussion is headed towards merging or not, module page and permission page enhancers into Util module.

Frankly, if Skilip realizes this isn't going to make it into D7 and starts development again, I think this module looks like a pretty good base. I'm open to whichever way works best for the adopters.
