After enabling Modules, it is impossible to uninstall/disable enabled Modules from the interface. The only way ist to use the Tab Uninstall, where Modul Filter is not integrated

Unable to reproduce this issue . I am able to install and uninstall the module_filter module . I check on both d8 version 8.2 and 8.1x dev .

Drupal 8 modules are now only uninstallable via the uninstall tab. The Module Filter does include it's filtering field to the uninstall page in the 3.x branch.
