It would be cool if this two places where you have input format availible and so people use php would be exported as well.

Sample format for creating custom panel pane using field-able panel pane.
1.Go to admin/modules and enable new custom panel pane
2. Go to admin/structure/fieldable-panels-panes
Here you can see the your panel name here with given links
list add manage fields manage display

3.From manage fields you can create any field.
4. At list - you can create viewable fieldable-panels-pane and view it.
Link - admin/structure/fieldable-panels-panes/manage/fieldable-panels-pane
