Ok so following. There are more cases but heres my example.

Im using legal module, and when chaning the terms, users need to recheck that they accept the new terms. So they login, get send to a new page where they need to check the terms checkbox and then finish.

But the new page where the checkbox is located is bigger then the login page, but the modal does not resize... Any input on this?

I just tested opening a page in the modal where it's size shrunk, then following a link that opens in the same model (ie. class="modalframe-exclude") which was really, really long and the modal's size increased to fit it. Works for me!
