I tried to enable the mobile_service_file only to find that there is no file module in Drupal 6.x . The File Module is a 7.x only thing, http://drupal.org/project/file .

Does this module require File Field?

Without a change in the mobile_service_file.info file the mobile_service_file is broken for the general public.
