"Mobile device detection" can determine which device went to the site. You can use it through blocks or view. In some cases, there is no need to display blocks on mobile devices.
For example:
On the mobile device, we do not need a slideshow. We can specify in "Views" or in "Blocks" show only on desktops. And this block will only be displayed on desktops. Well, or mobile devices or tablets. It all depends on the conditions under which you hide or show the block.
