Working with Field collection

I tried adding a Link field to a node to display a QR code: worked.

Then I needed a description under the QR code image. Because I couldn't find a way to display it I created a field collection.

I added the original QR code field plus a text field.

Now instead of the QR code image I got a normal link displaying, and of course the text.
