Problems of compatibility with the Panels In-Place Editor module.

I have tested with Drupal 7.22 and with Panopoly rc3
And I can't generate a In-Place-Editor Panel with Panels Multilingual

I see this message:

Fatal error: Class 'panels_renderer_editor' not found in ....\modules\contrib\panels\panels_ipe\plugins\display_renderers\panels_renderer_ipe.class.php on line 6
