Probably this patch should not be commited but id you any reason you've to use drush 8 the command doesn't work.

To reproduce it it's only needed to run a drush cex and we get this error:

PHP Fatal error: Class 'Drush\Commands\DrushCommands' not found in /var/www/web/modules/contrib/minifyjs/src/Commands/MinifyJsCommands.php on line 20

This patch removes the service and maybe will be helpful to anyone who can't upgrade to drush 9.
