When scanning for javascript files, aggregated javascript files are also shown. Normally these files, shouldn't be minified and just bloats the amount of javascript files shown.

This appears to be a bug, but is perhaps intentional.

This can be excluded using the module's built-in exclusion page: /admin/config/development/minifyjs
