Error when trying to delete Migrate QA Tracker entities

When trying to uninstall migrate_qa you are prompted to delete existing entities for Flags, Tracker, Connector. When deleting the Tracker entities you get the error:

Argument 3 passed to Drupal\migrate_qa\Entity\Tracker::__construct() must be of the type bool, null given

This prevents entities from being removed and therefore prevents the module from being uninstalled.
