files / nodes wont migrate but updated instead

Hi all,

Iam using d2d migrate with d2d ui. Somehow at some point when migrating the nodes and files, the migrate module will not import the nodes or files but update instead. So my numbers of unprocessed nodes or files will still be the same.I have leave the update option unchecked. Anyone is having the same issue?
