Problem/Motivation

Unable to assign separetly the permissions to administrate the Micro path settings and allow to administer the Micro paths.

Proposed resolution

Add a new permission `administer micro path settings` in addition to `administer micro path` permission.

Not sure about that. because existing permission allows to list all the micro path entities, as the other permission "view micro path list". Which became irrlevant because you need then the "administer micro path" permission too to access the admin pages.
