Release notes

Adds support for sm 0.3 and 1.0 and declares Drupal 12 compatibility. sm 1.0 is the first sm release that supports Drupal 12, so the module now installs there.

sm 1.0 removes the vendor/bin/sm command. Run the Messenger worker with dr messenger:consume instead.
