Problem/Motivation

After release of version 2.0.0, our site reported that the Menu Normalizer module was no longer supported ("Project not supported: This project is no longer supported, and is no longer available for download. Disabling everything included by this project is strongly recommended!"). My guess is that this is because the release numbering is no longer consistent with the recommended versioning system.

To reproduce: Install Menu Normalizer. Check for available updates.

Proposed resolution

Re-release version 2.0.0 as versions 8.x-1.3 and 9.x-1.0.

Either format is now supported:

I decided moving towards Drupal 9 could also be a good time to switch systems:
https://www.drupal.org/node/1015226#semver-transition

I have changed the existing release to be marked as "supported" which should clear up your error without upgrading (though the only change was supporting Drupal 9).
