Disabling stampede protection and lock management in Memcache

Hi, I have to disable Memcache locking for your Drupal 7 site due to a known issue on Acquia Cloud Next.
I remove the code changes in settings.php

$conf['lock_inc'] = 'sites/all/modules/memcache/memcache-lock.inc';

$conf['memcache_stampede_protection'] = TRUE;

How I can check that is disabled on server site
