When you choose a user's profile picture as a visible field in page view, it is aligned to the right. However, all of the other fields in the table are aligned to the left. This looks tacky - I would rather all fields all be aligned uniformly.

That's because when it displays on a user's profile page, it is floated to the right on core themes. The rule applies in all contexts of these. However, when you design a theme of your own, nothing prevents you from overriding that float.
