Problem/Motivation

The module currently has only a minimal README.txt file.

Before the first beta release, the project should include a more useful README.md with basic information about what the module does, how to install and configure it, usage notes, limitations, and hotlinking/legal considerations.

Proposed resolution

Replace README.txt with README.md using Drupal's recommended README structure.

Documentation update prepared for the next 8.x-1.x release.
