How can I place sidebar 2 underneath sidebar 1? I would like to get the layout the preview shows on the settings page.

Did you try just not putting any blocks in Sidebar Second and putting all in Sidebar First?

Yes i did. It's one solution but in my particular case the ideal would be to have sidebar 2 beneath sidebar 1. I thought I could achieve that using the settings since the settings preview uses that layout. If not I guess I'll have to work around it although I'm not to keen in having an empty sidebar in the source code...
