I have two matrix fields in the same content type. The program manages only the last of them and discard any value from the other one(s).

Here is a patch to solve the bug: in matrix.module, at line 82, there is an SQL command which delete all rows for the selected node, instead of deleting only rows belonging to the current field; so, only rows related to last field survive...
