I need a way to have a single field have different math expression values set based on a separate field (probably a radiobutton or list field) value. Need flexibility to set up to 4-5 options where we can set a math expression for each option in the separate controlling field.

I have created a new widget "List options" for "Math Expression" which supports the math expression in list options. In the "value" section of the list definition, the user can enter a math expression that uses numbers and other field tokens.

Fixed the duplicate option value issue and also solve the default value is auto selected if available in edit form. Here is the updated patch file.
