Add tests

We need some test coverage before releasing a full version. At minimum, the following tests are needed:

Tests for each of the supported field types

• Integer - Text field
• Float - Text field
• List (integer) - Radio buttons
• List (integer) - Select list
• List (float) - Radio buttons
• List (float) - Select list

Tests for the math field widgets

• Text field
• Read-only
