Problem/Motivation

On the /admin/config/services/mastodon/push-status and /admin/config/mastodon/mastodon_api_entity/add forms it is annoying to have to select the instance you want when there is only one instance present.

Steps to reproduce

Install module.
Create a single instance.
Head to the aforementioned forms and witness the "The instance to push to" select elements.

Proposed resolution

Auto select the instance if only one is present. Don't disable the form or anything, just auto select.
