Thought this would be really useful, having mark as a field. That way you could have the ability to mark things while viewing a node, instead of having to do it from a view. Maybe I'm just missing something about this module, but I can't see a way to do this in its current state.

I'm currently working on implementing this, but I don't have much experience with making custom fields, so it'll probably be slow going. In the mean time, I thought I'd put this ticket out there.

This project seems kind of dead, however if the maintainers are willing to look at and accept patches I would happily develop this as we're using Mark a lot internally and already are running with a few patches.
