I'm using Mapping kit wirh FCKeditor. FCKeditor converses " to "
For example from

Text before the map.
[map context="node/1/context/" /]
Text following the map.

to 

<p>Text before the map.<br />
[map context=&quot;node/1/context/&quot; /]<br />
Text following the map.</p>

Mapping kit can't transform it:
warning: array_combine() [function.array-combine]: Both parameters should have at least 1 element in /var/www/segelseite/sites/all/modules/mappingkit/mapclient/mapclient.module on line 219.

and shows a blank map.

Is there a special trick, which I don't know?

Can you please check by applying the attached patch, or just add the html_entity_decode function in line 157 of mapclient.module?
This should revert the &quot;'s back to quotes.
