MakeUp Image: Small fix to avoid alert message while displaying the contents.

CSS Declaration formatter is replaced by 2 formatters:
- MakeUp Inline CSS: CSS is placed in the header
- MakeUp CSS File: CSS is saved to file for better optimisation. File name is based on CSS declaration that is hashed with MD5: if the same settings are used by several fields, the file is reused and can be cached by the browser.

An new option allows to print an IMG tag with a tiny blank image for SEO and Accessibility purposes.
