I'm rather new to Drupal, and my first site uses Mailsave/Mailhandler as its core function. I'd like to give back and help add a user's manual. Will this help? What points would you prefer to see covered in a Mailsave manual?

Yes this would help. This is what I could suggest: start a first draft with how to (1) install, (2) describe the order in which functions are carried out [i.e. will this save before another module ahs the chance to interact with content, etc.], and (3) compile known issues.
