Allow user to continue chatting

Problem/Motivation

As a user, after I read the AI response, many times I want to ask a follow-up question.

Proposed resolution

Load a chat input at the bottom of the answer to allow the user to ask a follow up question.

The question could be asked, "Why not just use the AI module's chatbot?" Maybe that is the answer; I'm interested in your feedback. However, I do like that this module continues to include the search view. I'm not sure how I would do that with just the AI module.
