While masquerading from admin to any other users then login should not be tracker. Instead, Either set the flag admin is masquerading or no log the data.

If you want to do this then there are hooks you can attach to disable logging and/or add extra information to the logs. See the documentation at https://www.drupal.org/project/login_tracker

Yes, I can attach additional data but avoid the tracking while masquerading.
