Update api.php file for correct implementation

Thanks for the module.

I've been trying to add some data in $data while module adds login data into DB. As per the login_tracker.api.php file I've tried implementing the hook_login_tracker_login_data() hook, but since this hook is called using drupal_alter(), we need to append "_alter" at the end. So the hook implementation will look like this "hook_login_tracker_login_data_alter()" i.e. "MODULENAME_login_tracker_login_data_alter()".
