Location module: Improve userfriendlyness of macro fields

In the forms '{domain}/admin/settings/location' and '{domain}/admin/settings/location/search':
a) replace the "Macro:" field for regular html-input fields for each macro option or
b) add following text to the help text of the "Macro:" field:

Read the file 'GMAP-MACRO-DICTIONARY.txt' for available macro options or enable the submodule "GMap Macro Builder" ({domain}/map/macro)
