multistep with location module

For any type of non-CCK field to be captured by the multistep module, it has to implement hook_content_extra_fields(). That way, multistep will treat it as a CCK field, even though it's not, and you can then assign weight in the node edit form. (That's how Taxonomy works, for example).

I've included a patch for the Locations module to fix this.

If you'd rather not patch the Locations module, keep in mind that multistep works fine with Location CCK, so I suggest you use that one in the meantime.

tagging. seems to be a small patch, isolated, that wont effect much else.

can someone try the patch against the dev version to see if it applies to that too?
