Create a page view for the map. Create a page template specific the URL pattern used for this page. Use that template to strip the page down to just the map (i.e. remove all block regions, logos, headers -- but no your HTML header since you'll need the JS, footer, etc). Create an anchor tag that links to the page and make sure it has a class attribute that includes the word "lightframe".
