Force Default Country breaks State/Province validation. [#357051]

When a content type is set to Force Default Country, saving the node with a bogus State/Province does not return a form error like it does if the country isn't forced. It breaks nicely by making the state/province empty on the node, but it should be returning an error ("The specified province was not found in the specified country.").

Just a thought. If the country is forced to a default it seems like a drop down instead of the autocomplete text box for the State/Province would work better.
