Yes, I think phone and fax fields were added/fixed in one of the recent commits. Try the newest version.

Also, marking as a duplicate of #353712: Website and email fields.

And tagging.

Obsolete. We can do this with fields in 7.x (and maybe CCK 6.x-3.x w/ multigroups).
