Node Collection Settings Not Working Completely

I just upgraded from 5.x - 3.0 rc2 today and am glad you guys decided to add the weight feature, but it does not seem to be working at all with the individual fields. Particularly the 'Additional' field will not move and it is situated above the street address at the moment, which is not where I want it at all. It doesn't make any sense to be there. I have tried changing the weight of the 'Street' field dramatically to have it placed above, but it won't move above it.

To add to the problem, when setting the 'collect' feature to "Do Not Collect" on the 'Additional' field....nothing happens and it continues to appear. This may just be a problem with the 'Additional' field.

This is very weird (I wanted to test something before I submitted)...... when I put the 'Fax' field as "allowed" and above everything in the form the 'Additional' field now appears below the 'Street' field as expected.

There is certainly a bug in the weight properties of the individual fields.
