Thank you for the great module.
I am running the latest location and GMAP (location-6.x-3.0.tar.gz and gmap-6.x-1.0.tar.gz)

Here is what I would like and how I have the content type configured:
Collection:
Location Name - Do Not Collect
Street Name - Allow (as an aside, shouldn't this be titled Street Address instead of Street Name?)
Additional - Do Not Collect
City - Require
State - Require
Country - Force Default - US
Phone Number - Allow

Display:
Check - Teaser View
Check - Full View
Hide Fields from Display
The following are checked: Location Name, Additional, Country, Province Name, Country Name, Coordinates. (As an aside, what is the difference between Country and Country Name?)

The resulting displays deviate from these settings as follows:
Edit Node: "Additional" shows and has an input box above the "Street" input box.
Display Node: No Map Link (the link did show in the previous RC)

I have the same issues, with the latest modules as the poster.

The Additional is above the Street field, even tho in the configuration page it's lower.

Also, The default country is not respected, as I entered switzwrland and it stays with United States!

Will continue testing now, as per the infos of my setup : here they are

Drupal 6.6
MySQL database 5.0.67
PHP 5.2.6
Web server Apache/2.2.10 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.10 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_bwlimited/1.4

I have some additional information to provide for this issue. It seems to be related to whether or not you have permissions for "submit latitude/longitude". If that permission is granted, then you will see "Additional" above "Street name". If that permission is not granted, the CCK fields appear as expected.

Same as everyone here, except that my default country (other than US) is respected.

More info: "Street location" in collection settings must also be set to 'Do not collect' before 'Additional' will disappear.

I second johnthomas00 for 'Street Address', but of course, that's just personal choice.
