Country view exposed operator does not work

Problem

• Create a content type with a location
• Create two pieces of content, one in the US and one elsewhere
• Create a view on the content type
• Create a filter on the view for country and expose the filter and the operator, set the default to "IS"
• Test the view and select "IS" US
• Test the view and select "IS NOT" US

Results
Only the default will be called and the selected operator is not used.

Resolution
I am current working on a patch which I plan to post shortly once I test it. The problem is in location_handler_filter_location_country.inc where "operator_id" is used as an index to $this->options['expose'].

"operator_id" is a v7 views index v6 just used "operator"

I have checked the code for view 6.2.X and 6.3.X and 7.3.x to see what index should be used.
