Location views filter

I am trying to create a view that will show all the recent posts from all nodes and only show the "local" posts from users in the same 50 mile radius. I have the filters set up the way it explains to but when i view the page every post comes up, even users on the other side of the country. I have also installed all the U.S. zipcodes. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.
