Option Under Locative information to get info from users location

Is it possible to have an option or check box under 'Locative Information' that allows you to use the users location as the location information on another content type, for example Content profile?

I ask because, as users create an account, I would like to gather their location info, which will be used for proximity searches and possible purchases. When they create a content profile, I need a location here as well, so that I can show Nodes based upon proximity to the user.

I would like to have the user select, my location is the same as my user profile, instead of adding another location, which is confusing. Ubercart and uc_location do not allow me to interact with the billing address and the Content Profile location, only the users location.
