Documentation lacks dependencies

I found out that i had failed using LJSync simply because that i didn't know it requires certain software.

I run Ubuntu and i solved my issue by installing the php5-tidy and libsoap-lite-perl packages.

Please include this into the README file.

Please either add this info to the project's page or create a documentation page and link to it via the "Read documentation" feature.
