Ive installed the module and downloaded live.js to my libraries folder, but nothing happens when I edit my CSS.

I'm not actively using this tool very much anymore, but will take a look.

Any more debugging info would be great. Thanks.

Seems that you need the link_css module also enabled for this to work.
