Some of the module's features:
- Select on which pages to show or hide the chat
- Permissions for controlling access to the chat by role
- Hooks for modules to send custom parameters with visitors
- Sign up with LiveChat directly from the administration page
- More in the pipeline…
LiveChat's features include customization of text and visuals, social media integration, automated chat greetings, real-time visitor monitoring, reports and statistics, chat archives, multilingual, native applications, an API and more.
Multiple operators can make themselves available at any time and the tool will allocate contacts to available operators.
No software other than the module is required on the webserver and operators can make themselves available for visitors to chat to either via the LiveChat website or a Windows/Mac application.
It is currently used by over 13 000 organizations, including Adobe Business Catalyst, Roku, Media Temple (mt), Kaspersky Lab, Samsung and Unicef.
