Livechat improvements

Hi,
I have a much more modified version of livechat module. It was created more than 4 years ago, used on production with additional small improvements.

changes:
- large code restructure and code cleanup, separate setup from config. More Drupal like codebase
- hook_livechat_deny() any module can hide the livechat
- hook_livechat_params_alter() any module can add additional livechat parameters, like group or other custom values

Not sure if the D7 version is in development, but may be you might consider it as a base for 2.x version of the module.
