Adjusting margin-top in presence of admin_menu module

The Admin Menu module has the option to increase the top margin of the page using the body element and this seems to be partially accounted for but the wrong CSS settings are adjusted.

Currently padding-top is emptied when the "Edit CSS" button is pressed but this does nothing.

The body class admin-menu is also neglected.

All the above have been addressed in the patch. Also added a feature to seek out whether the margin-top setting is set or not and pass to JS with the other settings.

Oh yeah and set the default theme to tomorrow cuz it's ballin. :)
