its no displaying the taxonomy

Hi Im using FCKeditor . when i wnat to create a link to a node it opens the window and it displays all pages at the same level.. Its not taking the taxomomy that i've created..

What should I do?

I tried with the category module . this one display the browser and let me navigate until the last level. however it no selecting the nodes. it display all of them at the same level.. even if I am in the last category (child)..

I have hundreds of pages I need something that allow me to browse them and select one of them to create a hyperlink. (linkto node)

Any help appreciated.
