Allow for subcategories and make them unlimited depth

If you are unsure of how to do subcategories a easy way would be to set a # for how deep it is (0 is root, 1 would be a child, 2 would be a grandchild) then set another field to point to the parent. Root of course would have no parent while the first children would have Root as the parent

This is something I have already considered and I will probably include in a future release.

It got included far sooner than I was expecting. Orphanned links now get moved to the parent category.
