Add patch from #309157 to enable node translations with i18n and translation modules in Drupal 6

Final changes for Drupal 6. See #309157 if you get 'undefined function translation_node_nid()' errors.

This is a development release for Drupal 6 support.
Please try it out on a Drupal 6 site, and report back how it goes - remember that this is a dev. release and so might break your site.
