Overlay style width when resizing the browser window

Hello,

i get an issue with lightbox2 on severall browser when resizing the browser
and also when there is a scrollbar because the width of our website is fixed and not responsive.

This 2 cases, present problems with lightbox2 because the overlay width did not take the right size.

I try to put the width of the div to 100% and this fixe the problem when resizing the browser but not the other issue.
Because width: 100% only show the overlay on the viewport width of the browser.

So to solve both problem, i propose you a patch that use the html width and not the viewport width
plus adding a jquery resize event base on this modification.

I'm not completely fine with this patch because i think the resize function is not the perfect solution.
But yet i don't find a better solution.
