Are there any issues with Lightbox2 and Panels?

I have a panel which uses a CCK text field. I've included the appropriate code for a lightbox html content link (rel="lightframe"). I see the lightframe reference in the javascript. But the link itself is missing "rel='lightframe'". So the link is working like any normal link and not opening in a lightbox.

I added a custom content type to the panel with the appropriate link and it's still not working correctly. The re=lightframe (and I've texted this with lightbox as well) is not rendered in the final output. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't an issue with CCK.
